Michi Pottery gladly accepts returns, exchanges and cancellations. Please contact Michi Pottery within 14 days of delivery and ship items back in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, Michi Pottery uses and recommends tracked/insured postage. If the item is not returned in its original condition or packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

Due to the nature of personalized orders, Michi Pottery cannot accept returns on these items unless the item is damaged or defective.
