SHIPPING POLICY

Average shipping rates are based on item size and potential destination within the continental US, but if your rate is found to be lower, you will be refunded the difference. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, you may be contacted regarding additional shipping, because, unfortunately, it costs a lot more to get packages to you. Thank you for understanding.

I ship via USPS or UPS, whichever is most cost effective, and always insured. Items will ship within 1-2 days of being ordered.

For international shipping, please order for pick-up and include a note, then you'll receive a follow-up invoice for international shipping charges.

Michi Pottery is an environmentally conscious studio that makes every reasonable effort to use recycled and/or environmentally friendly shipping materials. Please recycle or reuse these materials when possible.

Local pick up and delivery is available and encouraged. Items can be delivered to a convenient in-town location free of charge, or you can pick your item(s) up at Michi Pottery.
